COVID-19 Relief Fund Application Submissions Will Close Soon

CMHC’s COVID-19 Family Relief Fund application submission period will close next Wednesday, July 22nd at 6 PM CST.

We will not be accepting applications after this date.

Additionally, all submitted applications will be considered final after this date, so please make sure submitted applications have all the required materials.

CMHC’s COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund remains open for submissions.

Thank you for your interest and your patience as we review applications and notify applicants of decisions. We are working to turn around and share decisions as quickly as possible.
